A Board of Directors Meeting was
held on Saturday, November 7th. o New
Officers were elected. o Several
new policies were enacted, as follows: § Fireworks
of any type are not permitted on Diamond Pointe Tower One premises, including
but not limited to concrete parking areas, balconies, driveways, and grounds. § All-Terrain-Vehicles
(ATV s), golf carts, motorized scooters and similar vehicles or transports
are allowed on Diamond Pointe Tower One property for the specific use of
transportation to and from the property.
Joy-riding is not permitted within property boundaries. All travel must be on paved areas. § Smoking
is not permitted in Guest Rooms. A $150.00 clean-up fee will be assessed to a
resident whose guests violate this policy. § Pets
are not allowed in Guest Rooms. A $150.00
clean-up fee will be assessed to a resident who guests
violates this policy. § Underage
children should be cautioned against using the elevator as a form of
entertainment. |
